A unique Pilaf recipe

and flavorful meatballs will get you many praises and definitely will satisfy
your taste buds.
The process is a bit
lengthy, but it's worth it. We divide it into a few distinct steps. First, you will start with making meatballs by
boiling lintel, grounding chicken meat and lintel, mixing herbs and
spices. Then cooking meatball curry and putting rice in the curry, then cooking the rice in the meatball curry.

Directions
1- Clean the lintel and soak it in water for 15 to 20 minutes. Boil water in a wok, pour soaked lintels in it, and cook till half done. Strain Water.
2- Now, ground chicken boneless and lintel in a chopper. Take out both in a mixing bowl.
3- Once, both the things are in the mixing bowl, add in chopped green chilies, Onion Paste 2 tbsp., ginger, and garlic paste 3 tbsp., fried onion, salt, red chili powder, coriander, and mint leave chopped, garam masala 2 tbsp and 1 egg. Mix everything well. Make balls from it, set aside for later use.
4- In a deep cooking utensil, pour cooking oil and add in the thinly sliced onion. Fry till golden brown, Take out some fried onion for garnishing.
5- Now, add ginger and garlic paste 5 - 6 tbsp, red chili powder, salt, garam masala, fenugreek leaves, mint, and coriander. Saute everything well. Once the oil separates, start putting meatballs in it. Pour water as required, cover, and cook for 15 minutes or till the meatballs are cooked.
6- Once the meatballs are cooked, take them out and add peas & potato to the masala. Cook for 5 minutes, add in rice and water. Cover and cook for 15 minutes, when the rice is half done add in cooked meatballs. Again, cover and cook for over 10 minutes. Garnish with fried onion and green chilies.
