Quick Black Pepper Meat Curry

We have
whipped up this recipe for you, which is ready without enduring much ado.
We rarely feel like spending much time in the kitchen because of a hectic schedule. Mostly during summer we usually want to cook food, which
requires less effort but should satisfy taste buds and hunger.
It is one
of the easy meat dishes to cook and exactly a kind of recipe which is ready
with less effort and tastes amazing. Fatty meat will help enhance its taste,
but if you don’t have fatty meat, you can use lean meat as well.
Cook it in a pot for a slow cooker recipe for a quick one, use a pressure
cooker, the simple spices, and meaty flavor will make it your go-to recipe.
Serve With
If
you are serving it with rice, keep raita as well. Otherwise goes well with any
sort of bread.
Ingredients
-Ginger paste (2 tbsp.)
-Garlic Paste (1/2 tbsp.)
-Red Chili Powder (1/2 tbsp.)
-Salt (To Taste)
-Yogurt (3–4 tbsp.)
-Onion (2 medium-sized)
-Cooking oil
-Water (1 cup or as required)
-Dried pimento/cherry pepper
-Meat (Beef or Mutton) About ½ kg
-Ground black pepper
Direction
1- In a mixing bowl add
meat, ginger and garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, and Yogurt. Mix
everything well. Let the meat marinate for about 2 hours.
2- In a pressure cooker,
add cooking oil and sauté onion till translucent. Once onions have turned
translucent, add the marinated meat and pressure cook for about 30–45 minutes
or till the meat is tender.
3- Let the pressure
subside before opening the lid of the pressure cooker.
4- Add dried pimento,
simmer on high flame till water dries and oil separates. Turn off the flame,
sprinkle a handful of ground black pepper, cover with the lid for the aroma to
keep.
