Chicken chullu kabab recipe

Scrumptious, juicy, and flavorsome Chullu/Chelu Kebab made with mince chicken meat, well marinade in a mix of savory spices and fresh herbs. 

Grill it on a pan or bake it in the oven, usually serve as an appetizer or side dish with grilled vegetables and sauces.

It is a popular dish around the globe and the perfect meal for kebab lovers.

The preparation process for this dish is very simple. You can get minced meat from the store, but I have taken boneless chicken meat and ground it in the chopper along with the ingredients.

Serve With

It goes best with butter boiled rice, grilled vegetables, and sauces.

 Ingredients

Onions - 2 Medium
Ginger - 1 Medium
Garlic - 1 Medium
Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Green Coriander
Green Chili - 1
Salt to taste
Lemon juice-optional
Chicken Boneless - 500 grams

        

Directions

1- Peel and cut onions into 4 parts, cut ginger into small pieces, peel garlic cloves, roughly chop cilantro/green coriander put them in a food processor along with green chili. Well chop them, add salt and black peppercorn, chop them again.

2- Add chicken boneless pieces in the chopper, chop till meat turns into mince and everything combines well.

3- Shape kebab with the help of skewer, grease your hand with any vegetable oil to prevent sticking of the mince mixture on your hand.

4- Shallow fry, grill, or bake in the oven. If you are opting for baking and grilling, then dab the oil on the kebab. Grill any available vegetable with it.
