Delicious and Simple Fish Curry

Flavorful fish curry recipe is easy to make and guarantee to persuade the most skeptical fish eater.

It is a semi-stew style curry cooked to perfection. The onion and spices are pan-fried to make a delightful sauce and base for fish. You can use any fish as per your liking. Cook Fish fillets in the rich sauce and sprinkle with the roasted cumin seeds.

Daal and boiled rice with pickles.


Ingredients

Onion - 2 medium size (chopped)

Garlic - 1 whole

Red chili powder - 1 tsp

Turmeric powder - 1 tsp

Cumin seeds - 2 tsp

Roasted Cumin powder for garnishing in the end

Green coriander - a handful

Green chili - 2 - 3



Directions


1- In a wok heat cooking oil and add onion, fry till light brown. Add chopped garlic cloves, saute till the garlic cloves are soften.

2- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, saute again. At this stage, sprinkle a little water cover and cook the masala cook till oil separates. Now add green coriander saute for 2 - 3 mins.

3- Add fish filet and cook it on medium flame. We cook the fish till oil separates.

Garnish with green chili, green coriander, and roasted cumin seeds.

Cover the dish to preserve the aroma.
